- Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
- Technical and usage logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing security investigation.
Where your data is retained solely to comply with a legal obligation and is no longer needed for the original processing purpose, jilf will restrict processing to that legal compliance purpose only.
8. Data Security
jilf implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data processed, including:
- AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest, including KYC documents and financial records;
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jilf servers;
- Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to systems containing personal data;
- Regular penetration testing and security audits by independent third-party security firms;
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
- Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements under RA 10173.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jilf will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay where the breach poses a high risk to their rights.

10. Children and Minors

If jilf becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the data deleted, with any net deposits returned where possible.
